I’ll tell you, the Gyppo Ale Mill invites all you hard working bad ass female farmers down to our place for a party. That is what you do!
Are you a female farming? We want to celebrate what you do by offering you half off a pour of our latest creation, SHE. We ask that you bring some of your farms swag. Gyppo will throw some in too and we’ll have ourselves a nice little raffle. Humboldt Farmers, let’s do a little mixing, exchanging and celebrating of the strong, clever and zealous farmers. Cheers!

Just in time for Mother’s Day join the Gyppo Ale Mill and Eva Carpenter in crafting your very own succulent wreath! These living wreaths can last months or even longer with the proper care, making a lovely touch to your spring decor or front door. Eva Carpenter will take you through a step by step guide on how to create and design your succulent wreaths along with how to care for your creation.
The Gyppo Ale Mill is the perfect atmosphere for getting crafting while enjoying one of our 12 beers on tap. Ticket price includes your first beer and materials needed to create your succulent wreath. We kindly request for you to bring one tool, a screwdriver. Grab a friend and come get your spring crafting on!
We invite you to join us for a Cinco De Mayo celebration at the Gyppo Ale Mill! This FREE event includes a little something for everyone. We’ll be offering a discount on the Mexican classic, the Michaladas! Our staff has this receipt down pat with Knudnesen’t Spicy tomato juice, clam juice, lime and Tajin ringed rim. And what is Cinco De Mayo if we don’t have a PINATA! Don’t worry parent’s we’ve got the safe version of this, the PULL Piñata. For the grand finale, we invite all you Cinco De Mayo lovers to participate in our El Grito Contest! Entry cost for this is $5 and winner chooses to take home the winning or which non-profit organization they want to donate the winning too. Don’t know what an El Grito Contest is? The market showcases a selection of handmade products and goods from indie vendors, all based in Humboldt County, and promises to be your go-to stop for cute and creative items of the sort that get everyone asking, “Where did you get that?”
Join the Gyppo Ale Mill for our first annual Mothers & Mimosas event where we honor and give back to one of the most important women in our life. This event is for all ages- you may attend with your mom or bring someone you would like to honor. Our Mother's Day Event will start with DIY Flower Crown's and a complimentary welcome mimosa!

We teamed up with Jessi Lea to bring you the DIY Ukulele Workshop. Lea is Whale Gulch School’s Music Teacher with over 15 year’s experience and a Bachelor Degree in Music from Ithaca, New York to Lea also performs as Hera Has a Heart, which recently released their Second Concept Album, The Moon.
Join us as we assemble, decorate and learn to play the ukulele. The Ukuele is a great instrument to learn if you have never played music before and it is not just for playing Hawaiin music. One of the first songs Lea learned on the uke was "Stairway to Heaven".
Session 1 :: June 1st from 11AM to 3PM :: Embellishment & decoration of instrument.
Session 2 :: June 8th from from 11AM to 3PM :: Assembly of instrument
Session 3:: June 15th from from 11AM to 3PM ::Learn a beginner first song
Cost of this class is $140 which includes all the parts to make and decorate* your ukulele. Upon completion of this class you will not only have your own custom Ukulele but the foundation to a new musical hobby!
Have your own Ukulele and just want lessons? Join us at 1pm each day after we’ve worked on putting our ukuleles together. Jessi will give each guest a one hour lesson for each day of the workshop. Cost for this is $75.
