Oops! We Left It Off The Menu!

We all make mistakes, and here’s one of ours: when updating the menu, we accidentally left off J Catering’s famous blue cheese wedge salad—and wondered why no one was ordering it! Thankfully, it’s back and we can now all order one of our all time favorites again! Phew!

This beauty is topped with roasted tomatoes, pickled onions, candied cashews, and a generous drizzle of J Catering’s incredible blue cheese dressing. It’s a staple at Gyppo, and we love supporting amazing local businesses like J Catering.
