Have we mentioned just how much we love our team here at Gyppo? Meet Kai! 🌟 This is his 4th year with us, and like many culinary stories, he started washing dishes. Now, he’s an exceptional line cook! We asked him to plate up 20 fish tacos, and as usual, he knocked it out of the park. 🌮💯
