Hey there! I'm Julie, the owner-operator of Gyppo Ale Mill. You'll only see me serving beer and food one day a week, Wednesday!  Why only one day? Because I am bad at it. Like really bad. I can smile and make you feel welcome, but I might forget your beer or your food or both!  For real! Why do it then? Well, I am always wanting to learn.  To make sure the things that I ask of my team are realistic.  If I don't do them, how can I know! 

Outside of Gyppo, I am a wife of 14 years, a partner for 24, and a mother to a soon-to-be teenager 😱, whom, by the way works with me my one day a week and I just LOVE it.  I'm also a daughter, to an amazing mother, I cherish the memory of my father, and a sister to twin sisters

Outside of Gyppo, I strive to make the least environmental impact possible. I'm here to love my family, friends, and community, and to do my best to make the world a better place—environmentally, emotionally, socially, and economically. Cheers to doing our best together!
