Smooth, Classic, Perfectly Shaken Whiskey Sour Revival

We’ve got a new trick up our sleeve thanks to our shiny distillery license: cocktails. And we’re starting with a classic done right—the Whiskey Sour. We mix high-end bourbon, think Bulleit, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg whites, giving it a proper dry shake (no ice) to create that silky texture. Then we add ice, shake it again until perfectly chilled, and top it off with 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
